Each player is allowed to have only ONE account per person. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities on your account.
Do not share your account information with anyone. We are not responsible for lost items/characters due to account sharing.
Account trading, selling, or giving away accounts is forbidden and will result in permanent ban.
Using automated programs, bots, macros, or any third-party software to play the game is strictly prohibited.
Players are responsible for keeping their account secure. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication if available.

Character names must be appropriate and follow community guidelines. Offensive, racist, or inappropriate names will be changed or banned.
Do not impersonate Game Masters, Administrators, or other staff members.
Character name changes are available through the shop. Exploiting name changes is prohibited.
Creating multiple characters to exploit game mechanics (farming, trading, etc.) is considered multi-accounting and will result in ban.

Respect all players. Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior will result in warnings or bans.
Do not use exploits, bugs, or glitches for personal gain. Report them to staff immediately.
AFK (Away From Keyboard) farming is allowed, but excessive use may result in restrictions.
Killing other players in PvP zones is allowed. However, excessive griefing of low-level players may result in warnings.
Do not use any form of cheating, including speed hacks, item duplication, or stat manipulation.
Trading items, zen, or other in-game assets for real money is strictly prohibited.

Keep chat appropriate and respectful. No profanity, racism, or hate speech.
Do not spam messages in chat channels. Repeated messages will result in mute or ban.
Advertising other servers, websites, or services is forbidden and will result in immediate ban.
Do not impersonate staff members in chat or claim to be staff when you are not.
Political or controversial discussions should be kept to a minimum. Keep the chat game-related.
Using caps lock excessively is considered spam and may result in warnings.

All trades must be conducted through the official in-game market system when available.
Scamming other players is strictly prohibited. Report suspicious trades to staff.
Do not use the market system to transfer items between your own accounts (multi-accounting).
Price manipulation or market abuse may result in restrictions or bans.
All trades are final. Make sure to verify items and prices before confirming trades.

Guild names must follow the same naming rules as character names.
Guild leaders are responsible for their members' behavior. Guilds may be disbanded if members repeatedly break rules.
Do not use guilds to exploit game mechanics or coordinate multi-accounting activities.
Guild wars and PvP between guilds are allowed, but excessive harassment may result in warnings.

All donations are final. Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances approved by staff.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account ban and loss of all donated items.
Do not use stolen credit cards or unauthorized payment methods. This will result in permanent ban and legal action.
Donated items are bound to your account and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Any attempts to exploit donation systems will result in permanent ban.

Report bugs, exploits, or rule violations through the official support system.
False reports or abuse of the reporting system may result in warnings or bans.
Be patient when waiting for support responses. Staff handle tickets in order of priority.
Do not publicly discuss support tickets or ban appeals. Keep these matters private.
Provide accurate information when reporting issues. False information delays resolution.

First-time violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or short bans depending on severity.
Repeated violations will result in longer bans or permanent account termination.
Severe violations (hacking, exploiting, real money trading) will result in immediate permanent ban.
All penalties are at the discretion of the administration. Appeals may be submitted through support.
Ban evasion (creating new accounts after being banned) will result in IP ban and hardware ban.
Administration decisions are final. Arguing with staff about penalties may result in additional punishment.

These rules are subject to change. It is your responsibility to stay updated on rule changes.
Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. All players are expected to read and follow these rules.
Administration reserves the right to take action against any behavior deemed harmful to the community.
